Rachel brings a deep mind-body connection into every Morph class, shaped by her dance background and her studies to become a therapist. Her awareness of movement shows up in the thoughtful, supportive way she coaches. Her favorite Shred exercise is Tiger Kicks—she loves how it loads the glutes and hamstrings, instantly making her feel strong and powerful. One of the best pieces of advice she’s received is to treat everyone with kindness, respect, and the benefit of the doubt—you never know what someone is going through.
