Emily comes from a yoga-teaching background and brings an honest, thoughtful presence to every Morph class she teaches, creating a space that feels grounded, supportive, and intentional. Her beloved Shred move is the Back Lunge—she loves the added stability work alongside the reformer, and the way proper alignment (knee stacked over ankle) allows you to truly sink deeper into the movement. Her best advice for new Morphletes is simple: there’s no shame in modifying. In fact, starting small is often the best way to track real progress and build strength over time. For Emily, the best part of being a Morph trainer is helping others feel strong and accomplished. She sees it as an honor to guide people through such an important part of their day.
