Mel is a wonderful wife, mom to the cutest little boy, and a longtime Morph original—she actually started as a client before transitioning into a trainer and never looked back. She teaches Run & Shred and Shred (Monday mornings early!), bringing a calm but energized presence to every class. Expect intelligent, thoughtful programming that challenges you while keeping you grounded and focused. Her beloved Shred move is Skating—a serious burn and just as much of a mental challenge as it is physical, pushing you to stay in it instead of standing up. For Mel, the best part of being a Morph trainer is guiding clients into that shaky point of muscle fatigue—where strength really starts to show up, and transformation happens in real time.
