A California girl at heart, she brings that same bright, grounded energy to a curated playlist that sets the tone for strong, uplifting movement from start to finish. Her teaching style is all about leveling up—every class is a chance to challenge yourself, move with intention, and keep building from where you started. Her go-to Shred move is Carriage Lunge—one of her favorites for the way it lights up the glutes and hamstrings while challenging balance and building a deep mind-body connection. A naturally fast and powerful runner, Lanier is currently finding her way back to running, bringing the same focus, resilience, and drive to everything she does—from the first step to the finish line.
