Jennifer has been teaching Pilates for 17 years—12 of those right here at Morph. Raised around movement with a mother who was a dancer, and a ballet dancer herself in her early years, she grew up with a natural connection to how the body moves and works. A fan of our beloved Morph workout Run & Shred, where 30-second sprints are her jam, Jennifer brings that same energy into the studio—fast, focused, and always dialed into form, fire, and fun. She brings a deep love for fitness and an incredibly sharp eye for form—offering small, intentional cues that completely change the way you feel in your body. Subtle, smart, and seriously effective. Outside the studio, she’s usually chasing running goals and adding a few more miles to the month, one step forward at a time. Her teaching style is thoughtful, precise, and rooted in helping you move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply to your body.
